I have a $100 bill that I want to exchange for five twenties. My bank is CIBC. I'm going to the mall tomorrow and the only bank there is BMO. Will BMO exchange my $100, even though I don't have a bank account there? Also, will they charge me a certain percentage of the $100 as some sort of service fee? Thanks so much!

If you ask nicely, they'll exchange your $100. Or just use it at one of the stores where you're shopping. Just be polite and not demanding if you go to the bank. Because they don't HAVE to help you out.
