But that is simply because affiliate marketing isn't a get rich quick scheme and it takes time to get the full understanding of what you need to do. There is a lot that goes into affiliate marketing and it's not as easy as push a button and have a million dollars.

It takes a marketer's mindset here to make money.

It takes everything from strategizing, planning, understanding, researching, and taking action.

The most effective methods that I use are article marketing, email marketing, social networking, bookmarking, and creating your own review site.

Each of these needs a plan and a strategy to get it to work. You can't hop into anything expecting it just to work unless you know the basics. You can find a lot of free material all over the Internet by looking for them on Google.

There's also another way to learn affiliate marketing. You can get a coach or a mentor or you can buy an affiliate training program. Sure, there's a lot of these programs that you may have seen and they don't work. But, there are some legitimate ones. Two of which I have used before and have had a lot of success with.

One isn't an affiliate marketing guide, it's a different type of marketing called CPA marketing that allows you to make money without making sales by having others fill out a form of information that could be as simple as an email or zip code to enter into a sweep stakes and you can get paid for it. The second one is an all out affiliate marketing strategy that will teach you everything from beginning to end and it comes in a video format so that you can follow everything you learn and copy it exactly. This one is my recommendation if you really want to get into affiliate marketing.
